Area of expertise or specialization would be in the diagnosis of and best course of action on a failed PC (laptop or desktop). This would include but is not limited to:

a) proper data backups of critical data.

b) installation of desired operating system + all device drivers & updates (security patching)

c) all necessary programs installed (antivirus, antimalware, alternate browsers, office, PDF readers, video, audio, etc.

d) restoration of backed up data to desktop folder

e) reconnect system (if necessary), education briefing
